How to prepare your matcha

1.5 grams (two bamboo scoops worth) of matcha powder

2 ounces of hot water (around 160°F)

6-8 ounces of hot oat, almond, or soy milk (optional)

1 teaspoon of organic honey (optional)

Instructions:

Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any lumps.

Add the hot water to the matcha powder and whisk until fully combined and frothy.

For a creamy matcha latte, add the milk and honey to the matcha mixture and whisk until fully combined.

Drink straight from your bowl or poor the matcha into your favorite cup and enjoy.
